Why do some of the dialup access numbers have a monthly limit?
In order to give our customers the
maximum coverage, we use 4 separate nationwide networks. Two
networks (ST and TE) are unlimited usage, and the other two (UU and
QW) have limits of 150 and 200 hours respectively. 150 hours a month
means an AVERAGE of 5 hours a day every day of the month. This is
more than enough for most people! You should choose a network based
upon the availability of local access numbers, since all four of the
networks offer excellent connectivity and reliability.

What if I want unlimited usage on the "uu"
network?
If you find numbers on the "uu" network
(see lookup), and need the unlimited plan, you can request a "uu"
account, but cannot use the online instant activation form.
Fill out
this form and we will setup your account, authorize your credit card
and call you when the account is active.

Can I pay by check?
Yes, but you must prepay 6 months at a
time. Call us toll free at 877-257-1076 and we will get your
information. You can make out a check for $95.70, and mail it to
AAccess Network Communications, 410 Saw Mill River Road, Ardsley, NY
10502 with a note stating that you want a new dialup account. You
should also give us your name, billing address, city, state, zip,
daytime phone number, and existing email account where we can
contact you regarding all billing issues.

How do I configure my (AAccess.net) email
address to
work with my current email program?
You can configure several email programs to work with your
AAccess.net email address. Please click on the links to view
instructions on how to set up your account with that particular
program. Please note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the
files. Click on one of the following email programs:

How do I configure my computer to dial
AAccess.net?
The easiest way is do download our
dialer software. This is a Microsoft product that creates a dialup
networking dialer on the desktop. You only need to insert the phone
numbers you want dialed, and your user id and password. If you are
having problems, you can call us and get a CDRom with
auto-configuration software that will setup all your dialup
networking parameters correctly.
